According to an agreement between the nhl and nhl players, the 2020-21 nhl season started on january 13th.

     A safety protocol has been made for the security of the players and coaches. Coaches have to wear masks on the bench and if the teams want to travel, they have to be less than 50 people. Canada teams play against other Canada and American teams against American teams.

      According to the covid 19 protocol, there won’t be any fans in all the arenas. It will be special for all the hockey players because the spectators are a sort of motivation for them. “It’s going to be tough for us. It’s going to suck,” said the hockey player Matt Duchene.

     There will be playoffs of 16 teams in a best-of-7 which mean that the first team to win 4 games will pass to the other round.
