FotorCreated2To make those amazing lasagna you’ll need (for 4 to 6 person):

  • 1 onion
  • 3 zucchini
  • 1 can of crushed tomatoes (400g)
  • 6 to 8 lasagna pastas
  • goat cheese
  • 50g of grated cheese
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil

 

  1. Peel and chop the onion. Wash and cut into thin slices the three zucchini. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the vegetables. Add salt and pepper. Cook until they are tender.
  2. precook the pastas in salted boiling water, 3 to 5 minutes, until they are very flexible.
  3. In a gratin dish, drop a tomato layer and add two lasagna slices. Then alternate layers of zucchini, goat cheese, tomatoes and lasagna. Finish with a layer of zucchini. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  4. Bake 15 to 20 minutes in preheated oven at 180 ° C. Serve hot.
