He only needs a failed relationship interpretation to introduce his intimate piano and vocal sound.

Lewis Capaldi, singer, and songwriter, exploded on the web in 2017. His first single ”Bruises”, released on March 31, was his foray into the music scene. The song garnered over 13 million views in a short period of time, only a few months following its release.

From Bathgate, a small town out of Scotland, the 21 years old singer returned with two other singles ”Lost on you” on July 7 and ”Fade” on October 6. After those successes, Lewis is able to do sold out shows, without even having an album.

He’s compared to John Legend and George Ezra, two artists who won the heart of the public for many years. That would make him the spiritual son of those wonderful artists.

The Scottish singer published his last song, ”Mercy”, on October 20. This song completed his first show tour, Bloom. The Waiting Room of London was full in less than a minute, even if it was his first show in the capital city.

The total of his 4 first songs has been played over 55 million times in 129 different countries. He also has been named in VEVO’s “one to Watch for 2018.”

Lewis is a very generous man, and he takes the time to thank and connect with his public regularly.

”Before this year I’d never been on a long-haul flight in my life and now I’m sitting on the plane about to take off for Hong Kong to play a festival. In the last few months since bruises came out I’ve done so much stuff, I never thought would be possible and I still struggle to get my head around it. (…)Thanks for making all of this possible!” He said the November 7, seated on the plane for his next venue.

The singer hasn’t finished to surprise us, and you have to be ready to hear more about him in the next few years.
