A new movie was released in March 2022. It’s a remake about a superhero who was created in 1989.

The new Batman movie was released in theatres on March 4 2022. In the movie, Batman, who is played by Robert Pattinson, goes around Gotham city to save lives but everything takes a dark turn when a mysterious man starts killing influential people from Gotham.

At the time, Bruce is a loner who lives in Gotham city. During the day he’s a famous philanthropic but when night falls, he becomes the superhero his city needs. At first, he fights small crooks on the streets by building on the fear the masked crusader generates in people.

Riddler (Paul Dano), the villain in the new movie, is a very powerful psychopath who can almost outsmart everyone. He becomes obsessed with showing everybody he’s better than “The Batman”. He makes puzzles and traps that can’t be solved by most.  A lot of viewers said that Riddler was not the villain they wanted. @FormerlyCBM, wrote, “Once again, the Riddler was too Jokeresque. Not terrible, just not the Riddler. One fan also said, “Paul Dano’s gift is that I’ll never be able to tell if his acting is very good or very bad.”

Batman needs help to stop Riddler, so he finds Catwoman who is played by Zoe Kravitz. They didn’t get along very well in the beginning but as time went on, they developed à romantic relationship. They go on missions together but they don’t want the same answers. She wants to save her friend who got kidnapped and he wants to find out more about Riddler.

Although Robert’s acting was more dramatic and more mature in Batman, most fangirls would still prefer his role as Edward in the Twilight saga. In the Batman movie, he is asked to play an angry character with dark eye makeup and dirty hair but, in Twilight, he’s a teenager with great looks.

By comparing the two movies on rotten tomatoes, Twilight got rated a 49 on Tomatometer and 73 by the audience. Batman was rated an 85 on Tomatometer and 88 by the audience. As you can tell, most people liked him in batman better.

I recommend watching it if you like Dc universe movies, action movies and ennemies to lovers movies. If you prefer supernatural kind of movies or science fiction movies, the batman is not for you.
