 Versace’s last fashion show was located in Los Angeles in the USA. Featuring 60+ models Gigi Hadid, Naomi Campbell, and  Kendall Jenner were included.

Donatella Versace has been the Artistic Director of Versace since 1997. Blackstone owns 20 percent of Versace; while the company’s family remains at its heart, with Ms. Allegra Versace Beck and Mr. Santo Versace. They’re all playing an important role in the luxury brand.

 One of the most expensive brands in the world, Versace was set up in 1978. The brainchild of Gianni Versace, this Italian designer brand created fancy clothing from innovative fabrics such as metal mesh.

The brand became internationally renowned for ultra-glamorous creations and spectacular theatrical costumes and innovative menswear design. Versace’s style combined luxurious classicism with “overt sexuality”. His advertising campaigns featured supermodels like Linda Evangelista and Naomi Campbell.

The Versace logo is the head of Medusa, a Greek mythological figure. The idea of choosing this image as their logo came from the floor of ruins in the area of Reggio Calabria that the Versace siblings were playing in as children. Gianni Versace chose Medusa as the logo because he made people fall in love with her and they had no way back.
