Palestinians and their home are being destroyed by Israelians. New updates have come up on January 31, 2024, from CNN live updates and Aljazeera.
According to the Health Ministry, medical aid only covers only 30 percent of Gaza’s needs. That means a lot of people haven’t or rarely have access to food, water, or electricity since mid-October. Considering that medical aid is unreachable, a minimum of 10,000 people are at risk considering the complications they are facing. People are scared, women are giving birth in painful and terrible conditions and babies don’t have access to good medical care or any food. Gaza Health Ministry confirmed that in Khan Yunis, hospitals are out of food. Palestinians are starving and need help so badly.
Based on Al Jazeera site news, since October 7, 2024, more than 30 hospitals have been rendered unfunctional. Not less than 150 medical centers are out of service. People are fighting for their lives every day. Plus, at least 7000 people are protecting themself in compounds. Since many refugee centers have been destroyed people do not have any other choice than to go to these refuge shelters. A lot of families have lost contact with their close ones.
Speaking of people in danger, numerous people have been captured in Hebron. The detainees included 215 women, 400 children, 51 journalists, 3,000 under administrative detention (without charges) and 7 died in prison. Additionally, Canadians have been killed during their journey in Gaza. This humanitarian crisis keeps on getting worse.
