New phenomenal series on Netflix “Baby Reindeer” talks about the sad story behind the main character.
Fiona Harvey, who played the antagonist in Baby Reindeer, is who the people called “the real-life Martha Scott”, the stalker. Over the period of three years, the stalker allegedly sent Gadd more than 41,000 emails, and 350 hours of voicemails to his mobile phone, as well as going to his workplace, attending his comedy gigs, and harassing his parents. Baby Reindeer is the new popular Netflix starring Richard Gadd’s life as a victim. Harvey is a lawyer who was accused of harassing a couple for some time.
Gadd’s incredible stalking story started after he was groomed, raped, and sexually assaulted by an older TV writer. The watchers of the show have been trying to guess who the real stalker was because she wasn’t named Martha. Richard said he is keeping the details of his stalker private. He said he has never said her name in any show or interview and that he changed key details about her so people wouldn’t recognize her.“We’ve gone to such great lengths to disguise her to the point that I don’t think she would recognize herself,” the actor said.
After the show was released, the stalker went to the Daily Mail that she was considering taking legal action against Richard Gadd. She had said she was the victim because he made a show about her and she received online death threats. Gadd’s co-star Gunning was sad and deceived of what happened because of the show. “If you like the show and you are a fan of it, you should stick with the story of Martha and Donny being what connects you, not trying to do any detective work and find out any real identities,” she said.
