Teaching French to Immigrants.

Jean-Maxime Boudreau

92,9 millions dollars will be given to many school boards in Montreal and Quebec by the Ministry of Education to teach French to immigrants.

This will allow to open more then 100 new classes for immigrants. There are 5 school boards that will have to share this investment. Namely, the Commission scolaire de Montréal, Marguerite-Bourgeois, Pointe-de-l’Île, de Laval and de la Capitale in Quebec. These 5 school boards are renowned to welcome most of the immigrants from overseas.
