CES 2017 Best New Innovations
February 8, 2017
The Consumer Electronic Show is finished and gave us lots of interesting new hi-tech gadgets.
The CES 2017 was held in Las Vegas like every year and as usual it was a hit. This convention is all about innovation and for some people it’s the only way they can display their product. There are three presentation sites the tech east for the new tech. The tech west where we see new technology and new company. The last one is the tech south and this is where the conference took place. Here are some of the best new tech shown at the show.
1: Razer Project Valerie
For the moment it’s only a prototype but it’s really impressing. It’s a gaming laptop with three screens so it gives the player an immersive experience. The three displays are 17.3 inches and 4k . It can support a GTX 1080 GPU and the most impressive is that it can all fit in your bag. “the world’s first portable laptop with three built-in monitors.” Razer says.
2: PowerVision PowerRay
Here’s a new fishing gadget. It’s an underwater drone but it’s also a useful tool for fishers. It has two modules; one is a camera and the other is the drone. The camera films in 4k and can be used alone without the drone. The drone is more interesting because it has a sonar that sends alerts on your phone when there is a fish and also with the camera you can see what kind of fish it is live and there is a LED light that can lure trout.
3: Neofect Rapael
This glove can speed up the rehabilitation of some people who need to learn how to reeducate their hands. This object works by doing specific movement in the hand like bending the fingers and it helps the patient regain the power of their hands. It is used with an app and it has some game so you won’t lose interest in the program. Each games are made for certain exercise you need to do and are refreshed every month.
4: Tanvas touch
This new technology can make you feel textures from a tablet. It works with haptic feedback and you can feel for example clothes, material and lots of interesting things. It could be used for choosing clothes on internet or for designer who wants to visualize their product. I think it will only get better with time and maybe some day everybody will have one.
5: Stages Hero and Sidekick
This is maybe one of the most useful thing for everyday life in this list. The Hero are headphones and the special thing about these is that they cancel noise, but you can choose what it cancels. The listening device works with microphones and an app, you choose which direction you don’t want sound from and the sound is amplified in this direction. The Sidekick is a little bit more useful because it does the same thing but you can plug any listening devices you want. Right now it’s still on Indigogo so you can contribute to it’s development.
