CBS News states, “Telemarketers topped the list of the twenty most exposed occupations to language modeling AI tools.” Indeed, AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants can handle customer interactions and address queries more efficiently.  Telemarketers can explore opportunities in customer relationship management, sales strategy development, or personalized customer service roles, so humans still have a crucial role in this field.

A lot of jobs will be replaced by AI in the future, but it could never replace fields that need critical thinking. Artificial intelligence can’t express empathy so they could never be used in social jobs.
