After the success of season one, Charles Addams, Alfred Gough, and Miles Millar continue writing the following episodes of Wednesday.
Indeed, the girl, with her long, dark, braided pigtails and pale skin, attracts the audience’s attention. The mysterious ambiance and the fact that the scary main Character, Wednesday, isn’t scared of anything and even likes creepy things, make the TV show special and more original.
The new season was anticipated by many, especially after the ending of season one.
The Season 2 TV show was filmed in Ireland, where the characters still attend the Academy Nevermore. Some new characters are making their entrance into the show, which allows the audience to discover new people. The show is rated 4 stars.
In an interview, Jenna Ortega, the actor who played Wednesday, was asked the same question about how she manages her smile during filming.
In reality, on the TV show, she rarely smiles and maintains a neutral expression. Jenna explained that she is consciously controlling her facial movements, including her blinks.
Here is a review:
“I really liked the first season of this show. Although he didn’t direct every episode, Tim Burton’s distinctive style was evident throughout the season. I can’t say the same for season 2. Style-wise, his episodes were great, but the other seem like a poor man’s version. Also, the season is a mess. Too many subplots, too many characters, too much that didn’t have anything to do with the story…it’s just all over the place. Even though it was three years later, story-wise it seems rushed…almost like the writers weren’t ready when Netflix decided they wanted another season.”
Wednesday season 2 is out on Netflix, so go watch it.
