STOP TESTING ON ANIMALS!

Regardless of all the work and effort put in towards the issue, a lot of companies still test on animals and you may be one of their consumers.

Every year nearly 100 million animals are being captured and held in captivity for drug, chemical, food and cosmetic testing in the U.S. Those methods actually remain legal pretty much everywhere, even in Canada, meanwhile nearly 90% of Canadians are against it. The question is why are they using such cruel practices these days?

Have you ever questioned yourself about how they use those creatures? Well, chemicals are dripped into their eyes, animals are forced to swallow large amounts of chemicals to determine what dose will kill them. Also, they are constraint to eat and inhale toxic products, the companies even rub them into their skin or inject them into them, almost always until the animal dies.

Actually, it is very simple to find other ways to test products without having to torture and kill mice, rats, frogs, dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, monkeys, fish, and birds. It is possible to do cell culture, use human tissues, computer models, and volunteer studies for tests rather than using innocent lives, that actually matter as much as ours.

Too many brands persist to continue this form of cruelty for the sake of their company, being totally insensitive about their way of working. The list includes NARS, MAC, L’Oréal, Aveeno, Axe, Bath & Body Works, Calvin Klein, CeraVe, Chanel, Gucci and so much more. If you are sensitive to this topic, you can help by signing petitions online or maybe stop buying from those places.
