Coralie and Benjamin Gaborit, brothers and sisters, originally from France, worked together in a chocolate factory. It was at that time that their idea of creating their own chocolate factory was born, which eventually led them to open their store on Racine Street.
The smell of chocolate filling your nose upon entering that shop will instantly make you fall in love. The beautiful design of each pastry draws your attention. There is chocolate to suit every person’s preferences. They have many options if you need a quick, tasty gift. You can make your own box of small round chocolates by choosing the flavour you want.
Benjamin, the chocolatier, has completed a comprehensive training program, including six years of pastry and chocolate-making courses. He also participated in four competitions in France, one of which he won.
To succeed in their project, they had to overcome many challenges, including financial management, visibility, and adapting to a new market. After all the work they’ve done, they finally saw their idea come true, a beautiful chocolate shop.
Their shop became successful quickly as their sales increased.”We felt a mix of pride, emotion, and stress. Seeing the project come to life after so much work was a truly memorable experience.”
Their signature creation is actually their favourite because it’s their first-ever chocolate they made. It consists of a tonka bean ganache and a crunchy almond-hazelnut praline, all coated in milk chocolate. They called it The INÉ chocolate disc. One thing is certain: for chocolate lovers, this is the sweetest opening the town has seen in years
